I think guinea pigs make fantastic pets for adults and children alike. They love cuddles, space to run and play and fresh grass and vegetables to eat.
Guinea pigs are social animals so should be kept in pairs or groups. Rabbits and guinea pigs should not be kept together. They have different needs and the larger rabbit could harm a guinea pig by accident.
Any piggies leaving my home will leave with a bag of change over food.
Piggies will not be re-homed to anyone under the age of 16 unless accompanied by a responsible parent/guardian.
I am always happy to provide follow up advice after you have taken your piggies home and would like to keep in touch with new owners to make sure everything is going well so please don't feel concerned if I do ask for contact details.
You will need to bring a suitable box/pet carrier to transport your new piggy home in.
If, for any reason, you are not able to keep the guinea pigs from me then please get in touch. My piggies mean a lot to me and I will always take back guinea pigs I have sold and will endeavour to help anyone who cannot keep any of their piggies any longer.
